I was about to quit trying my very best on PLDT website after a hundred attempts paying my family's DSL internet bill in the Philippines since last night, I got fed up and told myself this is ridiculous, I have enough of it and gonna close the website for good when it suddenly directed me to my paypal account ready to pay for the amount owed.
I should say the website is very slow, not working effectively and not capable of handling tons of customers paying their bills online. What can I do? There is no sense in complaining it to the customer service as they don't value their customer's emails. I've done that twice already and nothing happened. Hence, I should just be patient though for it is almost the end of the month, it is expected that people all over the world are making transactions on PLDT site.

umm?my friend its better try the"smart bro",i used a wireless without connecting to the phone and its find!My monthly is 999 php or let say close to 1000 php.That's it and I'm satisfied its totally owesome!My antenna is perfect though for the connection.
