Would Have Been 7 Years

My husband was sorting through his files this morning and he found a lease contract in this house and it dated January 2002. He would have been here for 7 years if we stay here until January next year. But no, we can't do that! It will be triple the expense if we remain here until January because we have to pay rent here plus another monthly payment at our original house.

Long years he spent his life living in this cute little house. Huh he must have liked this house. It is located in a nice and friendly neighborhood, with yard so his dogs can play outside. Goodbye little house!

Chatted With The Whole Family!

I can't believe of my voice chat experience with my filipino family tonight. It can happen only once in a blue man to be able to chat with my whole family just because my other siblings are busy looking for money and the younger ones are out playing with other kids. Tonight was exciting.

I was able to talk all of my siblings and my parents on yahoo, cam to cam too. Wow! Simple things that can happen is what makes me happy being far apart from them. We were not too close before when we were still young and living under one roof but now that I am thousand miles away, I feel closer to them especially to my brothers whom I hated so much when I was growing up.

Miraculous Mother of Mercy all of my brothers are now talking to me, every time they get online we always do the voice chat on yahoo and just talk anything we can think of. Wow this feels good! Thank You Lord!

Busy Week Ahead

Just thinking of the big move coming up ahead makes me tired. I've done some packing of our stuff for the last few days and I feel like I've had enough already. My husband says I am doing good in packing stuff, I pack things that we use! Haha so he ends up opening the sealed box looking for his things. Ah imagine how tiring is that. Adding to the fact of me being tired is my baby isn't helpful at all. She keeps following with whatever I jam into the box, she'd take them out after putting them in the box.

Today was probably gonna be the last day of my husband's work for he is taking a whole week off starting Monday to get some work done in parts of the house that are important to be done before we can move in. Then comes the last day of the month, the very day we plan of leaving this single-family house to the new-old one that is bigger and has ample space for us to move around.

I am so excited now! I can't wait to decorate our own house according to my taste.

The Smell Of My Adobo

It is almost 1:30 in the afternoon now and I still haven't eaten my breakfast or my lunch. I am really starving but I can't eat. I am waiting for my adobong manok/pork to cook. Geezz I regret for not starting it early. This is one of my bad habits, I wouldn't do anything unless I really need it.

My stomach is begging for food hohohoho plus the smell of my cooking fills the house that makes me more hungry than ever. I have been on the computer since I woke this morning and until now I haven't started packing again. There are still a lot of stuff need to be boxed, need to eat too, need to put my baby to sleep, all these can only be done if I quit abusing my computer.

It seems like it's really hard to do since this is my second companion in this house while hubby is away. This is where I can get to keep in touch with the world, with my friends etc. I promise though as soon as I finish eating, I'll be outta here and get my day started asap. Pwamis!

The Filipina In Her

I have never seen my husband drinking soup directly from the bowl. I think it's not an American way to do such thing. Only Filipinas can do that. I'm a filipina myself and I must admit when there is no one around I do the same as what my baby Jadyn does in the picture. It only shows the filipina side in her.

She is fairly mixed American and Filipina baby. She has attributes that she got from her daddy as well as from me. One best example of which is the photo below.

Not My Day

I woke up feeling lazy and tired. Baby woke me up too early that made my mood turned sour. She's whining right now and I've yelled at her twice already. I hate it when I'm tired and somebody just cries for no reason. Cranky as I am I want to be away this crying baby for a while to get some fresh air, but where could I go?

On the other hand, I am thankful it's Monday, husband is gone to work and I can rest at home. No not really, resting! I mean resting from working in the other house. Today, I might have to do some packing especially my shoes before the rat get through them and start chewing on my beloved possessions, shoes and bags.

Lucky Anniversary Day!

Blissfully blessed we are. We turned 5 years in our marriage today and for that I am so thankful to God for such a healthy marriage we have. Another thing to be thankful for is that today we finally got the deed of property back to our name. It caused us almost $10,000 dollars in legal fees to take it back from useless people and wasted our time for over two years.

Now we have no problem pertaining to the house we're gonna move in at the end of this month. We can have it refinanced as soon as possible and loan some money to use in modification of the house. Yepeeyyy surely the bank has no reason to refuse us for our document is all clear! Thank You God, nidaog mi sa kaso and it all happened on our anniversary day!

Endless Chores

I am confused as to when I am going to finish my chores here. I am supposed to rest today but I just can't dare looking at this messy house so I have to do the cleaning anyway. I just finished sweeping the floor while doing my laundry at the same time. I also packed away some stuff in the living room and guess what I feel tired already.

I still have couple more loads of laundry waiting, rugs to be vacuumed and packing some more stuff! Geezzz these things are endless, how am I gonna be able to rest if I'm the only one doing all these? The baby? Naks, she's not helping me at all!

Silly Girl

I can best describe my JADYN as monkey Georgia. So curious and loves climbing on his dada's desk. tODAY she was just like a monkey, I turned my head away from her and one moment I know she was up there messing around the telephone and the answering machine. If she doesn't do that she'll be on her high chair or in my chair trying to be so silly!
