My Grandfather Is Sick

When I called my family in the Philippines last Saturday, I wasn't able to talk to my mother because she went to see my grandparents down South. My father said that lolo is ill and is being admitted to the hospital. I sure worry about my old grandfather. Since then, I haven't heard anything from them. I might call at home sometime soon and see if I can hear any good news from Lolo Boning.

I hate it hearing any of my family or relatives getting sick. Of course nobody wants to be sick nor hearing any members of the family is ill, right? I am too far from them and I cannot come visit them anytime. I can't do any help except saying a little prayer for speedy recovery of my lolo. Please get well soon Lolo Bonz and we will see you when we are able to come for a vacation in the Philippines.

Opportunities Are Mine

Eventhough those opportunities I got today weren't high paying opps but I am still thankful for it. It's better than not having any opps at all. I should appreciate every little thing that comes my way. It's a God's grace and am thankful I got them.

A good news I heard today that I should be glad to hear is that our laptop in the Philippines is fixed. I haven't chatted my family for over two weeks just because the computer was being attacked by a virus that made it down for couple of days. I should be able to chat and see my family on the webcam this coming weekend for I missed them much now.

Falling For Fall

Yahooooooooo my most awaited season of the year, Fall is finally here! I didn't know it was cooler outside than the current temperature inside the house. I felt ecstatic feeling the cool breeze we're experiencing right now. Apparent signs of fall can be seen on this very first day of the season. I could hear soft crunching sounds of fallen leaves blown by wind on the streets, leaves slightly turning brown, red and or yellow are just few of the things I notice that cooler days are approaching.

Yeah it's cooler today of 67 degrees F that doesn't mean we don't have warmer days either. Next weekend will be above 80s which is pleasant but not cool enough for us to be working again in our house. Generally, I am sooooooooo lovin' the thought of FALL for it is where mother nature flashes it's beauty to the eyes of human kind.

Will Be Working

...on the big house at Edge Cliff village today. It's my husband's last day off work and it's gonna be spent there pulling out some weeds, raking some rotten fruits and mowing the front and backyard. Those idiots who just left the house without saying anything should be condemned. On the other hand, we're so glad they finally left so we can move out here and live in a bigger place. We've waited for so long for the place to be free and here we are, we're getting there.

It's going to take us a month working on that house to make it livable before we can finally settle down there. I am so anxious! We can finally have a house which we call our "own". I am not happy though for the coming major expenses that we're gonna spend for repairing some damages, roofing, cleaning and such at Rockmoor House. Thus, it really be worth it for our baby is gonna have her own room..eventually! Give us a month or two then our humble abode will be as inviting as everyone's house you see in the neighboorhood.

Misery

Misery! Is what I feel right now. I had my braces adjusted yesterday and today it's hurting so bad although it isn't as sore as the first time the ortho put them on but still it is painful. I so wanted to eat my breakfast but after few egg and toasted bread bites I quit. I can't handle the pain so I just have to delay my meal. Arggggsss guess the soreness would last for 24 hours before I can eat proper meal again.

We are heading down South today so I must pack up some things now and stop complaining about this sore mouth. I hope it won't bother me while on a long travel so I can have a smooth ride today also making it easier for everyone in the car especially to my baby. CIAO everybuddy!

Little Kitten Caught In Action

My Jadyn is into everything now. From trying on my clothes, shoes and playing with my purses to putting on lip moisturizer or lipstick. Last night she found where my lipstick and eye pencils were and so she started messing with them in our bedroom. I didn't know how to react upon seeing Deden acting as if she was putting mama's lipstick on with matching action action pas baba!

I couldn't be mad at her. All I could do was drew her face transforming her into a sweet naughty little kitten as my revenge of her act. I don't want her playing with my cosmetics for I don't want her to learn applying make up at a very early age you know? Sleepy!

I hate it when I force myself to wake up early. I woke up at 7:40 this morning for I had an early appointment and I don't wanna rush myself when it's time to go and I don't wanna be late either that's why I had to what I had to do.

Sooooooooo sleepy here, eyes feeling so heavy! Inubanan pud sa hoyohoy nga hangin naga gikan sa abli nga bintana weeewww that contributed to my sleepiness. I don't know what to do first whether I'm gonna prepare breakfast, eat first and go take a nap or nap first before breakfast?? I don't know I am confused.

Happy With My Purchases

Today I received the first two items that I purchased last week from Aeropostale and I tell you what? I am happy and satisfied with my order for they are exactly I expected. They both fit on me perfectly. So I was right when I chose to order a medium size ehhhhh.. Faitz, I'm no longer a small-sized woman because S is just too tight and too small for me now.

I am still waiting for another two items in the mail from metrostyle. I shall see if they're what I'm expecting for when they arrive!! For now I should do something worthwhile so my husband will be pleased of me when he gets home tonight.

Practice Makes Perfect

My baby has been trying to put on her slippers for days now and each passing day she is getting good at it. It is really true that practice makes perfect. I take it as an example as I learn how to drive, as long as I keep practicing, I will get better and eventually driving on my own.

Online Shopping

...is always the best and rather convenient for me because I'm not driving. It's been too long since I have not done any online shopping and for that I thought of treating myself for you know looking for stuff on sale online since there are a lot of sales going on for Labor Day weekend.

This week I spent below 50 dollars on four items that I like on two different online stores. I consider myself as the queen of deals so what I found is very satisfying! I expect for my orders to arrive sooner or later next week... it's alright as long as they are gonna come in the mail!

.... new Fall stuff for me..hmm I just love them especially the one below, look so comfy, simple and could show a little bit of cleavage when worn. Sweater above was priced $39.50 got it for 9.99 and the one below was $29.50 and clearance price is $12.99. Not only that, I was able to avail another 30% off at final check out so you can probably guess these two items I paid for only 23.77 including shipping and sales tax... tell me, this isn't bad right???

I Am Grateful

.... for having such a lovely baby. I have been watching her playing alone, entertaining herself and making babyish sounds for couple of minutes now. She is so quiet as if there is no baby around here, quiet means she is not whining or crying at all. So nice to hear just the sounds she makes by playing her toys putting them in and out of the cap! Earlier, I caught her grabbing her dog's leg so she could put her Mickey slipper's on haha silly baby!

Truly I can't ask for more. I have everything I wished for in life, a wonderful husband, a healthy marriage, good financial status and most of all having a baby that is incredible! Simple things make me happy and my family makes me absolutely happy. Thank You Lord for being good to me all the time.

Lack Of Motivation

I am thinking of mopping the floor real good today but somehow I am lack of motivation of doing it. I just feel tired and bored here. It's always like this everyday the more I sit too long the more I feel lazy and my day ends not doing anything at all.

My husband is off work today but I don't think he has plans of going out, if he does it will be at the grocery store geeeeez.. I'm tired of going there every weekend. Does anyone has recommendation on what to do during weekends for fun?

Wedges and Gladiator

Here are few pairs of shoes that I added to my shoe collection. Most of my shoes are flats so this time I try to add wedges ones and oh the gladiator pair are just comfortable. Whenever I see a commercial of wedge sandals or shoes, I can't help myself but admire the beauty of the feet wearing them. It's like a melted butter that slowly slides down from your throat to your stomach. Can you blame me if I'm one shoe addict? I guess all women do love shoes, right?

...most of my shoes were bought at DSW shoe warehouse, it is a place where I can get big discounts on shoes using ten bucks coupon each visit not to mention these items were already marked down by 30-50%. What a great deal huh?

My Brunch

I do have so much stuff stocked in the freezer. Sometimes, it would take long for me to discover that I have nice ingredients for certain dishes waiting for me to cook. Like today, I discovered that I actually have a frozen 9 pieces small karabalyas fish and I was wide-eyed upong seeing them since I craved for fish paksiw or inun-unan.

Yep I cooked the fish and fried some of it. My brunch is complete and now I am very full from eating too much.
