My Specialty, Possum Pie
I am munching on a tasty and yummy frozen possum pie right now after that scrumptious lunch I had (tinolang manok with tanglad and kamunggay lang naman for my birthday). I made a whole tray of possum pie in time for Father's day and for my birthday but it's just me and my baby eating it. I know my husband sees it in the refrigerator but for some reason he's not touching the pie. Hmmmmmmmmp! It's okay though, I will be the one to slowly finish the whole thing. Will freeze some as it taste better when eaten straight from the freezer.
Even my little girl loves the pie. It will take days before we can finish it, I know. I am not worried as I've said it taste good and we both love eating my specialty, possum pie. You wanna try some? Bring a plate over here and will give u some for free hehe!

Birthday Treat For Myself
I blog, I work hard and I deserve to give myself a treat since my birthday is coming so soon! I shouldn't be guilty for it for I seldom shop for myself. Besides, I only buy stuff that are inexpensive with great discounts in them.
As what a woman loves, I bought three items I found on one of my favorite shopping stores. They had an 80% clearance sale last week and I am glad I was able to take advantage of their great sale. The items are heading on their way here now. I am anxious to get them and see if they fit me well which I am optimistic they will. Craving Satisfied
At long last my craving for a beef or cheeseburger is over. For days, I thought a lot about eating such big fat juicy and delicious burger. We don't normally eat junks in this house so eating burger is so out of the ordinary. I can no longer hold on to my craving and asked the husband if we can go get some burgers after my doctor's appointment today.
He has no reason to refuse or decline me, I've been good lately lolz. I am not asking for anything major or asking to drive somewhere but a freaking burger that never seemed to get out of my mind. Weird as it is, I wouldn't stop drooling over foods I crave for so I need to really satisfy what my mind and belly is asking for. Thank goodness, I can now sleep peacefully at night not having to think when can I eat burger. Lolz!

Inun-unan
It's my first time to cook this kind of fish I bought from the Asian Market a long time ago. I got tired of watching it in the freezer, decided to go ahead and cook it yesterday. I made watery soup for a whole fish and the other two were cooked as inun-unan... inun-unan by the way is a quick fix for fish in boiled vinegar with spices and okra or eggplant.
I say my cooking was delicious, in fact, I got the una- dried out for it was just so tasty...the same taste when you cook fresh fish in the Philippines plus the fish itself is almost the same kind we call "isda sa bato" in the Philippines. I am buying a package of the same fish when we are able to shop at the Asian market next time for I like the fish very much.

How many of you guys experienced being locked out of your car? Have you ever had the scare of your life when you accidentally left the car keys in the ignition and locked yourself out? It happened to a friend once. She got closed the door and followed her husband inside the store not knowing she could lock themselves out. When they came back, oh oh they realized the car was locked and they couldn't get in so they called locksmiths in Crawley for help. Took a second for Locksmith people to let them in the car.
