At A Cafe

I am not used to using computers in an internet cafe anymore but it is better than not having an internet service at all. I got tons of online tasks waiting on me but I guess I am just gonna do all of them when I'm home in Texas because honestly I don't feel safe opening my accounts in public computers.  Aside from that, I feel so naked and always feeling like there are eyes watching me. The prize of not having an internet service at home.

Duhhh blahhhh I only got 2 more days left then I'll be back home in Texas. I missed my little Pearl and husband already. I am anxious to go back home and at the same time feeling sad for when I'm in Texas I'll be staying home most of the time again. Surely I'll be missing my days in the Philippines where I can just  freely go wherever I want and not needing anyone else to take me to where I wanna go.

Take Shelter From The Storm

Two of my favorite seasons are Spring and Fall because temperatures during these seasons are so cool, very comfortable and most of all the surroundings are green in Spring and colorful in Fall. But it is during these seasons hurricane and tornadoes are likely to occur. Texas have survived several numbers of tornadoes last Spring. Once it hits in areas, rest assured the damage will be devastating and number of casualties and deaths are high.

With that said, it is just right to take underground shelters. Houses in Texas don't have basements, so when calamities like Tornadoes and hurricanes, people should find a place in their own homes where they feel comfortable.

Strollers for Two

The weather is getting nicer where we are. The nicer it gets, the more I am encouraged to start walking again. Lately I have only been doing short walks going back and forth from one block every other day. I couldn't walk farther because I have to babies to watch and look after while being outside. Yes, we do have a stroller intended for jogging or walking but it is a single stroller. I don't want my three-year old to be walking along the streets with no sidewalk because she might get hit with a car. The only thing that hinders me from doing a serious walking exercise is that we don't have a stroller that carries two kids.

While browsing on the internet trying to find that very stroller I need, I found this bumbleride indie twin strollers to be the exact stroller or jogger I would need in order to enjoy walking again. I am glad I did my online shopping last weekend to avail Old Navy's Rocktoberfest Sale for performance fleece hooded one-pieces for baby for my Megan, jacket for Jadyn, cable knit tights for both of my girls and a fleece jacket for myself all for less! If I have waited for the sale to be over, I sure would not be willing to pay over $50 dollars for all five items that I bought. Aside from a few dollars savings on these outfits, I also got a free shipping for m order was qualified for their free shipping promo. Sweet, isn't it?

I am gearing up for Winter. The little one needs Winter outfit especially because the outgrown clothes by her sister wouldn't fit in her. They are Winter and Summer difference. What Jadyn wore before for winter wouldn't fit for my little one today it is either too small for her and others are too big so I need to buy her new clothing.

I love shopping for myself and for my baby girls. However, I find it so difficult shopping for my husband. It is because I don't want to buy him things that he might not like that is why it is awkward for me to shop for him. I guess only very few people left in America not having an iPod or iPhone, one of them is me. But I guess I will be having an iPod soon for I already asked my husband I want one for our anniversary. I hope when he buys one, he would also include an ipod charger so he only pays the shipping fee once in order to save a few bucks. He said why I choose an iPod over an iPhone and I told him what for? I don't need a grand cellphone I just want something to store my music and that's it. I took advantage of it because I rarely see this kind of promotion in stores. Another Disappointment From courtney walshak

It was during this day last week when courtney walshak emailed my husband about a check being mailed before the end of the week. Nothing came in the mail until now. I wish she did not say that nor make us believe that it will be here soon so we don't hope for it nor we feel excited about it. It is another disappointment from the whole Kinney law firm as I say.

Many times they made us a fool for believing that the boob client of theirs will somehow issue that long-awaited check. Apparently, she and us were fooled by "him" who doesn't care whether he hurt his brother or not. I don't know when this ordeal is going to end, all I know is that we are getting tired of dealing such a heartless person in this world. He just kept delaying us, hanging us in the dark and most of all PISSES US OFF especially my husband!

Blender Parts

I do believe my hands are cursed. Whenever I touch something fragile, you can expect I will break it. Somehow things that will come in contact with my hands they get broken or damaged. I am embarrassed with it to be honest because it only shows me and my husband how clumsy I am when it comes to handling our things. Many times I broke his kitchen stuff that he had forever.

I still remember how I pissed him off when I broke his blender. I stuffed the blender with all the ice cubes, fruits and other ingredients to make me a shake not leaving any space or allowance for the blades to turn. The result was I damaged the blade, smoke came out from the base of his blender and since then it was no longer usable. I wished I knew where to look for kitchenaid blender parts back then, we could have bought the parts and replaced them ourselves instead of buying another one. It would have been cheaper I think or may be not? Sometimes it is practical to just go ahead buy a new one instead of having things repaired because the cost of the labor is more than the unit itself.

Picky Eater

My three-year old girl tends to be so picky at times that I don't know what to give to her. Other times she makes it easy for me by eating or liking what I am giving her. When she does that I am happy but when times like she ask for something to eat which we don't have in the refrigerator makes me mad. Kids are kids. Although I understand them for behaving the way they do but I don't always have my mood to deal with being selective when it comes to food. Unless I starve her, the next meal will be great for she would just eat everything I put in her plate.

Picky eater as she is something I dealt with for two years. When she started eating solid foods until age 1 year and a half, she was the kind of baby that loves everything you serve for her but her appetite changed when she got older until now.

I have read articles on yahoo or other internet sources how to deal or what to give to picky eater kids but none of them work. These recipes for kids I just found would probably work on her. I shall see. I would try my best in finding that best simple and easy recipe to fix for my big girl. She is getting skinny and that worries me. Her dad says, SHE IS FINE and that I should worry if she was getting fat, haha funny but true.
