I take pride in my cooking especially if it's my first time to cook or prepare certain dishes or desserts like this one. It's a leche flan dessert made with eggyolks, condensed milk and melted sugar.
I've never done this before but then I literally dreamed of it, so one morning I woke up... I decided that I will just go ahead and make some to please myself. It was rather a success experiment. I will just adjust the milk and the sugar next time though because it's a little bit too sweet for me.
