For many people, winter months are depressing months for them or for me. Everyday it's gonna be so gloomy and cold. We couldn't go out for a walk! There is nothing else you can think of doing instead eat a lot and sleep all day long. Nah, that is not helping in losing this unwanted flab in my belly. I am thinking of buying yoga mats and just do yoga at home by myself following youtube videos to lessen the depression and boredom while waiting for the day to end. Great idea, isn't it?
