acne cream

I am blessed to have been born having overall healthy body condition.I was too thin and people thought that I was undernourished and sickly but they were wrong.When I had my medical exam before my interview at the US Embassy I was amazed for I passed it all without any problem. I do not even have a single pimple in my face.I don't understand as to why other people full of acne.Maybe they don't know that there is an acne cream that truly works.
