Accomplishment
I consider it as big accomplishment each time I can get out and do some walking. Yes,it was only 52 degrees F but still feeling so cold because of the wind.I did go on with my walking though despite of the cool temperature. I enjoyed it. Looking at the quiet houses with cars park outside their garage. Most of the people were home that is what I noticed. I am pretty sure they're glad they're home,and me? tired of it. If only I have somewhere to go or could drive by myself I would have gone far far away without needing a hubby to drive me...hayy big sigh!!!Anyways,I feel good after my exercise,guess it took me 30 minutes to go around the neighborhood for I was just taking my time. I walk slowly because I felt too many discomforts in my lower back and in my lower abdomen. I walk like an elderly hehehe...after that I made myself a hotdog sandwich that made me burp big!
