Missed Too Many Birthday Invitations

I missed too many birthday invitations just last month and this month as well. Most of the invitations are coming from other Filipina acquaintances. These women I met before have kids about the same age as my girl. The invitation I felt bad about declining to go was from someone who is very nice whose son turned two last month. She sent out several Boy Birthday Invitations to our circle of friends and I kind of feeling guilty for I was not able to attend the party. I was pregnant with Megan and having a big bulging belly traveling an hour just to get to the party is tiring so I declined her invitation. Another birthday party coming up this Sunday, this time a baby girl is going to celebrate her third birthday... still I cannot go for I haven't gotten my sleep that makes me feel exhausted during the day. Looks like another party I am going to miss again!

Big Appetite

My pre-pregnancy weight was 94 pounds then it went up to 124 pounds until I gave birth to my second baby girl. Now that she's out, my weight is down to 108.12 pounds which I am not worried. I am easy to lose weight if I want to. My target weight will be below 100 pounds but I cannot do the dieting just yet. I am breastfeeding my baby so I just have to put the dieting off until maybe she stops getting her nourishment from me. You know when you breastfeed your baby, you will have big appetite, you feel hungry from time to time and most all no matter what you eat you still feel like starving.

Friends Are Fun

One time in my life, me and a couple of friends passed by an adult store way back in the Philippines. At that time we didn't know much about adult store or adult toys and this store we happen to pass by had a Glass Dildo displayed right at the entrance but isn't visible to the street, we peeked into the glass door and we saw it. One friend commented or asked, what is that? Then other friend who was known to be the funny person in the group replied quickly, oh it's just a a big worm, don't mind it. Then we all laughed. Remembering those times with old friends bring back good memories I had with them... and I always treasure the sweet times we had together.

Purses And Women

Men don't understand why women have to have several purses in their possession. Even my husband asked me why do I need so many purses in my closet, why can't I just use one and buy a new one when it is no longer useful?

I hurled back the question at him, it is the same thing as men love collecting classic or sports car. The passion is just the same as women towards purses. I asked him and why do you love sports cars so much? Hmmmmmm... and when I did that, he understood why I am so into purses. 

Honestly, I don't have too many purses in my closet, I only own a few of them but I am picky when it comes to buying a new purse. My addiction is Dooney and Bourke. So far I only collected four pieces and I take pride of my D&Bs because the money I used to buy them came from my hardwork, my blogging money paid for them. One of the reasons why I like this brand is that they are made with high quality materials and if you are lucky enough, you can get a good deal in them on their site or at the mall. If I want another one, I don't have to pay the full price, all I do is wait for the price to go down a bit before buying.

The Right Size, The Right Brand

I am an Asian by ethnicity towering a height of 5 ft. and 1 inch. I am naturally skinny and petite. When I first arrived here in America five years ago, I needed some new clothes that fit to the season. I arrived in Spring.
