owen t. kinney, YOU SUCK!

For 14 months and 3 days we are waiting for some miracle to happen about something that could literally help our family financially. Patience tested and we felt like we can no longer hold it. owen kinney who handles the Will seem so incompetent and slow. He call himself an experienced "lawyer" yet he couldn't be clear as to when this going to end. Sometime in August he made us believe that the check is going to be issued anytime soon yet another days and weeks have gone by and nothing happened.

There would always be an excuse leading to another ridiculous excuses every time we ask how the will is progressing. We are getting tired of this old man, honestly. He seems like he doesn't care at all, oh well we are not his clients so why should he care anyway? His excuse is that the Trustee is out of town and that we should wait for his return... of course there is nothing we can do about it so we'll wait and let two weeks pass by without hearing anything from owen or his assistant courtney. If we wouldn't ask how's it going they wouldn't return to us or give us an update or anything. Sucks! We are like waiting forever hanging in the dark. Couple times he did it to us... days turned into weeks and weeks into months.

Wake up owen! If there is somebody out there who needs a lawyer that does family estate and will management I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND owen kinney based in Austin, Texas for I don't want them to go through what we're experiencing right now. HE SIMPLY SUCKS BIG TIME!

The Hell I Care About Her

I chatted with someone this morning telling me that an old jerk friend of mine having sulk feelings towards me that totally ruined my day. She texted me last week after a long time of absence not being in touched with me since I left the Philippines in my last vacation in 09 asking where's her child's birthday and Christmas presents in the most annoying tone through text. She only remember texting me when she has something to demand from me as if I am picking dollars in the streets of America!!!

If you were in my shoes and being texted by someone like that who is not even related to you, would you be happy? Even my own family did not ask me for anything or if they did that would be so damn fine with me as they are my family. The hell I care about that girl anymore!!! Pisses me so damn much ehhhhhh!!!

She is not thinking that she borrowed some money from me before I got married that was 5 years ago and never remember to return what she owed from me and here she is having the guts to ask me of stupid pinaskohan and birthday gifts for her child. I wouldn't mind if she ask for something as I am willing to give my inaanak some presents but if she could have asked me nicely then it would be fine with me.
