Missed Too Many Birthday Invitations

I missed too many birthday invitations just last month and this month as well. Most of the invitations are coming from other Filipina acquaintances. These women I met before have kids about the same age as my girl. The invitation I felt bad about declining to go was from someone who is very nice whose son turned two last month. She sent out several Boy Birthday Invitations to our circle of friends and I kind of feeling guilty for I was not able to attend the party. I was pregnant with Megan and having a big bulging belly traveling an hour just to get to the party is tiring so I declined her invitation. Another birthday party coming up this Sunday, this time a baby girl is going to celebrate her third birthday... still I cannot go for I haven't gotten my sleep that makes me feel exhausted during the day. Looks like another party I am going to miss again!

Children's Party

Here's our kiddos during Amber's 2nd birthday held last Sunday. I am glad I bought my girl to the party as she was able to mingle and play with other kids in DFW area. The party was a success, I should say. They served plenty of food there, a lot of people attended that made it awesome especially the kids. Such a joy watching our kids playing and having fun together in Amber's bedroom as if it was a mall's play area. My baby girl wasn't ready to go home yet, in fact she wanted to stay there longer but we had to go anyway, it was getting late plus we needed to drive half an hour to go home.

There are two upcoming birthday party invitations for next month and I haven't decided which birthday should I go to. Ah I shall see if my husband doesn't have any commitments during those days so I can assure the hosts that I can be there.
