Baking
I never learned how to bake until I tried it, making cookies as soon as we moved in here. From then on, I convinced myself that baking isn't hard at all. In fact, I find it fun to do at the same time filling my stomach's desire with something I crave for so long like fresh hot peanut butter and cheese bread. Not only me who loves baked foods but my baby and my better half as well. Jadyn loves cookies and my husband loves his food baked.

Disney Princess
I opted to giving my girl some Disney Princess gummies multivitamin instead of using the toddler drops because I am having a hard time making her swallow it. Every time I attempt giving her the liquid vitamin she would only resist as hard as she can that I end up making a mess on the rugs.
But with the gummies, it's so easy for her to take thinking that is is just her POP as she calls it, pop is short for lollipop. After breakfast everyday I give her vitamin. One call saying "Jadyn, your Princess!" she would come right to me no matter what she is doing, a happy face with joyous heart baby is taking her vitamin everyday. Knowing that she really likes what is good for her put a smile in my face too.

Summer Dress

I guess this is going to be my last purchase for now. I am saving up for some important matters these days.
Possum Pie Addiction

I first tasted this possum pie at the Filipino Christmas party last year when Janine brought it during the party. It tastes so good that I couldn't get enough of it. I asked her recipe for the pie and made my own. I have tried making it twice already and planning to make some more for I really love the soft, sweet and coolness taste of the pie when it lands to my mouth.
Two weeks ago I made a whole lot of big baking pan of possum pie and it took me almost a week to eat half of the pan. When my husband got home from San Antonio he ate the remaining half as he was afraid it might get so dry. I told him, I am eating it slowly, savoring every bit of it because I really love possum pie.

Reality Show
I am a big fan of reality shows here. I so love watching shows that truly happen in real life like the American Idol and The Bachelor. I love these shows because it pertain to emotion of people that are involve in the show. I could relate to people who joined it as if they are truly serious in getting the title they deserve.
Tonight as I watched American Idol, I can feel the disappointment that most of the rejected contestants felt as they walked away the stage. Some are somewhat exaggerating for they think their dreams were crashing. Well, my sympathy is for them for I know how it feels like when you want something and you don't get it no matter how hard you tried to reach your goal. Tsk, tsk, so unfortunate of them especially to the singing police officer who never made it to the top 24.
