Health Benefits of Olives

One of my husband's favorite is the olives. He loves to eat it with chips, cheese and other sorta American snacks at night time. I tried this before and would like to learn to love eating olives but I don't understand its taste.

Anyways, olives are most loved by Americans to put in their salad or eat it alone. It may be weird tasting fruit for me but it also has its health benefits.

The following information are lifted from its original source from Genius Cook.com. To read further details about Olives, I recommend you visit the website mentioned above.

My Longest Nap Ever

Today I hit the record for having the longest nap ever. It took me almost two hours in bed and just got up moments ago. If not because of my Jadyn forcing me to get up, I could have been sleeping until now. Geeezz I overslept and I don't like it. Now I don't feel like doing anything, my body is tired, eyes are still sleepy and most of all I feel real lazy. Anyways, I didn't expect to take a nap this long for I know what's gonna happen afterwards.

Furthermore, it is painfully cold that may contributed to my beautiful afternoon nap. I kind of shaking my head right now for I can't remember when was the last time I had slept this long. I planned of vacuuming the rug here in the t.v room but since it's already dark and we don't have good lighting inside, might as well leave it for tomorrow and finish off my champorado so the baby can have something warm in her stomach.

Putting A Blanket

I just went outside to take care of the plants. I brought some of the potted plants inside to ensure that they are gonna be safe for today/tonight's harsh temperature. It's gonna be the coldest and I don't want leaving my dear plants out and die. Same goes with my roses. Unfortunately, I can't bring them in as I transplanted them to the ground last week. So the least I could do is cover them with a blanket/towel and crossing fingers that they will survive until the season gets better. I love planting very much and for that I put my heart in taking care of them.

asparagus photo

My husband, baby and I all love eating asparagus. It started when we found out how to cook it well and taste it's natural sweetness to our taste buds. We almost stopped buying this vegetable for we didn't know how to cook it until we learned that it can be broiled or grilled in a tin foil. From then on, we buy it everytime we go grocery shopping and we just so lovin' it!

Started Out Busy

I have not had a chance to drink my morning chocolate drink nor swishing my mouth for a more cleaner and fresher breath just because I did the very important postings first before others. Hopefully, I'll be freed from all these and start my morning routine.

On the other hand, I like it this way too, kind of busy morning for I am making few bucks out of this. It's been so penniless of me for the past week for there was nothing to post about for paid blogging. Holidays are over, I am glad. Now blogging back to normal and no more homesickness.
